its 6th annual
Educational
Fun Fair!

On Saturday April 17, 2010, the Hanna Perkins Center for Child
Development held an Educational Fun Fair to celebrate the Week of the Young
Child.
·
There were many hands-on, fun, engaging activities available for
children between the ages of two and eight. These activities included
cooking pancakes, making fruit smoothies, planting seeds, building inclines for
balls, roller skating, a balloon launch, making puppets, sewing, and building
simple machines with Duplo®.
·
Over 200 children and adults attended our event with more than 40
volunteers and 20 in-kind sponsors helping to make this day a great success!
